Zurück in Kambodscha sind wir erst mal mit dem Bus nach Sihanoukville gefahren, wo wir uns mit unserem Freund Arnie aus London getroffen haben, der uns Papiere und Ersatzteile für Liza mitgebracht hat und uns zu einem Urlaub vom Abenteuer verhilft - eine Woche ausspannen am Sandstrand ......

Back in Cambodia we took the bus to Sihanoukville first to meet up with  our friend Arnie who brought parts and paperwork for Liza  and showed us the best ways to take a  break from the adventure and chill at the beach

Zurück in Siem Reap und endlich wieder mit den eigenen Mopeds vereint. Das Auspacken fühlt sich an wie Weihnachten - dann etwas Liebe und Zuwendung und nach ein paar Tagen sind unsere Gefährte für neue Abenteuer bereit.

Back in Siem Reap and finally reunited with our bikes. Unwrapping them feels like Christmas and with a little tender loving care the girls are ready for new adventures.

Drei glückliche Abenteurer sind wieder unterwegs. Von Siem Reap nach Battambang und dann durch den Dschungel der Cardamom Berge nach Koh Kong und dann weiter nach Thailand. Aber vorher nach mal so richtig Offroad und aufregend. Diese Landschaften sind bald so nicht mehr zu sehen, überall wird an allen Enden geholzt und gebrannt - aber wer kann es der armen Bevölkerung verübeln, das Leben hier ist schwer.

Three happy overlanders are back on the road. From Siem Reap we ride to Battambang and then through the Cardamom Mountains to Koh Kong and from there an to Thailand.

Before that however we have some propper and exciting offroad jungle tracks to ride. The landscape is changing at an alarming rate of knots and will be totally different in the future. Everywhere they slash and burn the forest - but who can blame the poor people here - they do have a hard life we can not even imagine how hard it is.
